NWOA Cy-Fair Chapter provides scholarships each year to high school graduating seniors. The scholarships are funded by the annual Tea & Roses Luncheon held during the fall of the year.

The Recognition of Service Excellence (ROSE) Award is presented during the scholarship luncheon. It was established by the Chapter to celebrate women who have made outstanding contributions to the community.
